Summary: Seiso Academy is a music school, but there are two different sections within it: the normal student (who don't play instuments) and the music students, who are regarded as the superior in the school. Every couple of years, the school has a music competition, but even though everyone in the school can participate, it's pretty much only the music students that are chosen by the school to participate. At least that was pretty much how it was... until now.
